I changed my phone number
If you can't access your account due to a phone number change, follow these steps to recover it:
- Open the Lovster app.
- Tap Log In.
- Select Trouble Logging In?
- Enter your recovery email address.
- Check your email and enter the code we sent.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Confirm it by entering the new OTP.
After completing these steps, you can use your new number to log in to your Lovster account.

Black or grey screen on login
If you open the Lovster app on Android and see a blank, white, or purple screen with the logo, try deleting and reinstalling the app to get the latest version and bug fixes.
If the problem persists, follow these steps:
- Open the web browser on your iOS or Android device.
- Visit Lovster.com and tap Login.
- Select Trouble Logging In?
- Enter your email address to receive a login link.
- Open the email and tap Log In to reopen the Lovster app.
- In the app, verify your phone number to finish logging in.
If the issue is due to a version update, a pop-up will prompt you to install the newest release.

How do I update my phone number in Lovster?
To change your phone number in Lovster, follow these steps:
- Open the Lovster app on your device.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap the pen-shaped Profile Editing icon.
- Scroll down and select the Phone Number field.
- Tap Update My Phone Number.
- Enter your new phone number and complete SMS verification.
